Text Message or Email Service Alerts
If you would like to enroll in receiving periodic text message or email alerts related to your waste removal services, please fill out the form below. Depending on interest, D&S Waste Removal, Inc. may choose to utilize only one of these alert services. If you would like to ensure you receive alerts, it is recommended that you enroll in both options. This service will be added to your account and active within 2-3 business days.
Alerts will be infrequent and directly related to your waste removal services. For example, if we are unable to pick up on your regularly scheduled service day due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you may receive a text or email alerting you to this and/or a text or email updating you if an alternative pick up day has been scheduled. Alternatively, D&S Waste Removal, Inc. may utilize a pre-recorded message service to call you at the primary contact number on your account. Please be sure to update us with any change to your contact number and keep your voicemail box cleared out in order to ensure you receive such a message. If you enroll in text or email alerts, D&S Waste Removal, Inc. may choose, at a later date, to send a text or email alert of a past due bill rather than mailing a late post card bill. Alternatively, we may use a pre-recorded message service to call you at the primary contact number on your account.
D&S Waste Removal, Inc. will never sell, trade or in any way disclose your private information other than required by law.
You may call the office at 775-463-3090 to stop receiving text messages and/or emails or you can email enrollme@dswaste.com with the subject line: STOP TEXTS or STOP EMAILS. Be sure to include your account number, account name and account service address so that we can properly identify you and perform your request. Please allow 2-3 business days for your request to be completed.
