How to Make a Payment Online
What You Will Need:
- Your Account Number
- The Last 4 Digits of Your Primary Account Phone Number
- Debit or Credit Card
Your default password is the last four digits of the primary phone number on your account. You may change your password at any time once you’ve accessed your account. If you need to update your contact number, please call the office at 775-463-3090.
There is an optional check box, if you would like to enroll in AutoPay.
You can also view your payment history by logging into your account and clicking on the View My Payment History button.
By clicking on the button below, you will be directed to a secure WAM server that will give you access to your account. A 3% surcharge for credit or debit cards will be charged.
Alternatively, you may pay on your account by mailing a check or money order to P.O. Box 834, Yerington, NV 89447 or you can pay in person with check, cash or money order at 3 US Hwy 95A East, Yerington, NV 89447. There is a red drop box on a red 55-gallon barrel on the left side of the driveway at the office where you can drop a check or money order any time.
If your service has been suspended for non-payment or your account has been closed and you want to restart service, you must contact the office as restart fees and/or fees for the current quarter may need to be applied to your account and paid before service can be restarted.
